A server is one machine (physical or virtual) running the Opterius agent. Multiple IP addresses, multiple domains, and multiple hosting accounts on the same machine all count as one server. We don't charge extra for IPs.

Yes. Opterius ships with a built-in cPanel backup importer. Upload a cPanel full backup file and it restores files, MySQL databases, email accounts (with passwords), DNS zones, SSL certificates, and cron jobs automatically.
